Baseball - Boys Varsity

The 09/10 season could be another great yr for the Warriors baseball program. Many changes are in store for this years team after the departure of some super players from an  08 team which saw those Sr's win 118 games in 4 yrs and go to back to back State Tournaments.That team was led by Blake Fowler, Justin Bell, Zeke Guyear, Hershel Bettis, Sam Griswald. This years Sr's have the ability to continue the tradition but they must prove it on the field. Those Sr's include-Lucas Lloyd, Zephan Guyear, Joe Muir, Ben Murphy, and Chris Martin! The Expectations are there from past successful seasons, now the question is can these guys lead the newcomers as they were led before? Trey Hill will be expected to be more of a leader even though he is only a Jr, but started most every game in 2008. The newcomers include-Caden Shadrick, Cody Thacker, Devin Hinckles, Camren Sanders, Drew Ownby and some freshman who have shown some promise.
